How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE USPS/GROUND shipping on all orders!*
*Free shipping is for domestic packages only.
Can I pick up my order?
If you live in the Greater Atlanta Area, you are welcome to pick-up your order from our location. If you choose local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a time for you to come by. There are not currently discounted rates for local pick-up, but all of our free shipping is USPS or Ground so if you need your item sooner, this may be a viable option!
How long does it take you to produce my art/personalized items?
The amount of time required to complete your order depends on the type of product. All times listed are AVERAGE times. If we have a big order, it can take longer than the times listed. Please bear in mind that each piece of art is a custom product that needs to be produced.

How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location. All shipments will provide tracking and an estimated delivery once the package is shipped. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code when your package is shipped so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment either online or by telephone.
I need my package urgently, can Perdueosity ship overnight?
Yes, we can ship your package overnight, but shipping costs will vary and we would need to provide a seperate estimate. This is overnight to all major centers, cities and towns and two days to all remote locations (weekends excluded). Please Note: This does not mean we can produce and ship your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply. The shipping will be “Priority Overnight” from the day we ship your package.
