Hello and Welcome to Perdueosity! My name is Monica Perdue, and I created the blog and now store that is Perdueosity. It came about as a project for me, to gain some additional knowledge about the digital world that is Wordpress. My husband, Paul, and I used the blog as a way to share our adventures, struggles and loves with our family, friends and the world. Within months of developing the blog, we were recognized by the wordpress community for the beautiful photography that Paul captured of the Grand Canyon. Over the years the blogging faded as we have continued to grow our family, but the adventures continued!

Paul was an entrepreneur from the time we met in 2005 and has always been focused on living the “free” life of a self-employed business owner. When the economic downturn hit, Paul was laid off from the Atlanta Journal Constitution and forced to put all his efforts into building his business Perdue Vision LLC (the parent company of Perdueosity).

All the while I had been working in the digital marketing world as Project Manager, Resource Manager, and so on, while also gaining more and more experience with web development.

In 2014 Perdue Vision LLC invested in an HP Latex large format printer and professional plotter (cutter) to be able to bring the printing services, we had been offering clients, in house. This gave Paul the ability to have faster turn-around times as well as manage quality. Over the years of offering these print services to clients, we found a lot of them utilized the services on a smaller scale as retail type customers.

In an effort to be able to support the requests for custom canvas’, metal prints, personalized items and more we decided to use the Perdueosity site as a retail shop! We are excited to now have the ability to provide our services to individuals as well as businesses!

The Mighty Few!
